Comic Book Creator or Video Comic Book
(Grades 1 - 8)

Let student’s creativity fly as they create their very own comic book. Students are taught how to setup their backgrounds and take pictures then create a story with titles, speech bubbles, colours and more. Best of all, each student will be given a full colour copy of their comic book at the end of the workshop!

The Video Comic Book workshop teaches students how to write, create and publish their very own comic onto a DVD. Students have the opportunity to add in voice-overs, music, sound effects and transitions to make their comic books into a short movies.

Curriculums Covered:

Arts, Language, and Technology criteria from Knowledge and Understanding to Application are taught.  Easily adapted to include units in the Social Studies curriculum.
